Link untuk kuatkan otot lutut

Almaklum..selepas eksiden beberapa yang lalu dan lutut aku telah crack...segala aktiviti petang-petang seperti joging telah terbantut. tak boleh lari jauh dah. So terbaca 1 blog member dan dia kata search google cara nak kuat kan otot lutut.

Squats

  1. 1
    Stand erect with your feet about shoulder width apart.

  2. 2
    Keep your arms extended in front of you.

  3. 3
    Slowly bend your knees to a ninety degree angle.

  4. 4
    Keep your back straight and eyes looking ahead.

  5. 5
    Slowly rise to starting position, placing your hands on your hips.

Lunges

  1. 1
    Stand erect with your feet about shoulder width apart.

  2. 2
    Keep your back leg straight and bend your front leg to lunge.

  3. 3
    Return to starting position.

  4. 4
    Alternate with your other leg.

  5. 5
    Leave muscles tight.
